Canon App Users,

Thank you for downloading the Canon App, listening to our audiobooks, and watching Man Rampant. Here at Canon, we want to produce more audiobooks, make more shows, start producing films, and your subscription is going to make that possible.

We expected to have some bugs with the app right out of the gate, and there’s always room to improve, but we’re excited to start here. However, the biggest unforeseen problem has been the app’s inability to save your place automatically. We thought we had this feature ready to go, but it clearly isn’t working. You open the app, push play, listen for a random amount of time, and when you open it up again it forgets your progress or jumps you back to where you started.

If this problem isn’t fixed, we wouldn’t expect anyone to keep the app. The good news is, we are fixing it and it is our top priority. New updates will come as soon as possible.

Again, thank you for your support and for your patience as we work out these kinks. We have a steady drumbeat of content planned for you over the next year and some really exciting announcements coming soon.

The app is a game-changer for us all, so know that we will always be making improvements to your experience.
