NQN Mug

I ordered this mug 10+ days before they ever shipped it, causing my order to be delayed and since we were moving, sent me into a whole chase for the package. I actually didn’t get the package until today, nearly 2 months after ordering.
Some of that is on the post office but some of that is on them. I reached out to customer service twice before getting an answer and that felt frustrating, since my issue could’ve been resolved in time for Christmas (this was supposed to be a gift) if they had been more responsive. The rep was nice but stated the problem was with a third party warehouse and that she would contact them. I never heard back about that but it was too late by then.
The mug quality seems good and looks as described, but I would like to see improvement in shipping and communication.

I got this mug for my husband as a Christmas gift, and he really loves it! He’s most excited that he can put all four of his fingers in the mug handle at once. The mug is also very big, and we can tell it’s well-made. Highly recommend!

I would like if it was printed on both sides, my husband’s a lefty which means it often just looks like a white mug.

This mug will be used every month. It doesn’t let you use any cream or sweetener in it. It makes you drink your coffee black. Keeps the No Quarter November feeling alive through the rest of the year!
