1. THE SON OF GOD GOES FORTH TO WAR (Cantus Christi 666) * permission granted
   This wartime hymn from the writer of "Holy, Holy, Holy" sets our sights on Christ and all the faithful soldiers who have followed him before.
2. SEA SHANTY - THE VOYAGE OF ST. BRENDAN (Brian Sauve) * permission granted
   Brendan the Navigator is renowned for sailing to the Isle of Blessed -- like him, we also sail for Eden's shores.
   
3. O GOD OF EARTH AND ALTAR (Cantus Christi 365) * permission granted
   This epic hymn by Chesterton calls out the weakness of our current leaders and begs the Lord to save our nation.
4. PSALM 2 WHY DO THE HEATHEN NATIONS VAINLY RAGE? (Cantus Christi 3)
   Jesus mocks presidents and congressmen because they belong to him -- and he will smash them if they do not bow in fear.
   
5. PSALM 124 LET ISRAEL NOW SAY IN THANKFULNESS (Cantus Christi 239)
   One of Calvin's Genevan psalms later adapted by the Scottish covenanters, this song of thanksgiving in trouble has been sung for centuries. 
6. THE LORD HEAR THEE IN TROUBLED TIMES (Cantus Christi 39)
   Some trust in tanks and helicopters, but we trust in the strong name of the Lord our God.
7. CROWN HIM WITH MANY CROWNS (Cantus Christi 531)
   One crown is not enough for Jesus: Christ is Lord, and wields a scepter from pole to pole that wars may cease.
8. SEA SHANTY - TO THE WORD (Christ Church)
   This sea shanty uses the Word of God like the weapon it is:  "Bend, break, burn, and blow."
9. I KNOW THAT MY REDEEMER LIVES (Cantus Christi 435)
   Our efforts on earth are rooted in a risen Lord: "Shout on, pray on, we're gaining ground, glory hallelujah!" 
10. SEA SHANTY - PSALM 136 (EVER AND AYE) (Christ Church)
    This third sea shanty is another reminder that our warfare must be characterized by thanksgiving.
11. ALL PEOPLE THAT ON EARTH DO DWELL (Cantus Christi 185)
    Mere Christendom has a soundtrack, and it is psalms, hymns, and songs sung by all the Christian nations.
