Pales in comparison

I previously purchased the Wrinkle in Time download and was extremely impressed. U ran an entire bookclub using that download. Unfortunately, these were my expectations of the Phantom Tollbooth one and it was nothing like it. No teacher class notes, discussion prompts, enrichment activities for elements of writing or references back to the 7 Laws of Teaching by John Milton Gregory. I will continue to purchase from this company, but this reading guide leaves much to be desired.

A Great Companion

This reading guide is a nice addition to the book itself. It causes my daughter to stop and actively listen, knowing she has some questions to answer. We love discussing books, and in general adhere to a more Charlotte Mason philosophy of reading and narration, but I enjoy including some reading guides for certain books.
