He and his wife have five young storytellers of their own, along with an unreasonable number of pets. You can visit him online at ndwilson.com.

I read this book to her once, and she was hooked. Since then she asks me to read it almost every day more than once. I am thrilled that I can share my favorite author with someone so small. I ordered another to keep for my future kids. :)
Such a fun book- Wilson’s gift with making words “sticky” (as he puts it) shines in this great little book. I bought 3 copies, 2 of which to gift my nephews.
This book is so cute and my kids absolutely adore it! They request it every night when we do reading together. They say the whole thing with me, because they have it memorized now.
The kids love it! They are close to having it memorized. Thanks so much for writing and illustrating!
Kids will enjoy this fun story. The illustrations are amazing! I bought this for 8 years old to 2 years old. They all liked it, including momma.
Ordered for my 3 year old son but his four older brothers and sisters ages 5-11 all love it, too. They've even started making up their own poems to go along with it. It's a nightly request before bed.
