This is my 3rd year using LOGOS. I really like everything until last year, the daily lesson plans lists English books that aren’t even available to purchase. I realized later that there’s an updated version of the lesson plans that list the correct books, but was very frustrated looking for all the materials needed for each lesson and was confused to not locate the English lessons. I got a free PDF online and noticed this discrepancy. In the PDF version it shows a completely different text book that’s needed over the physical book copy. I hope logos notices this and updates their books. This was with the 2nd grade and 3rd grade English / composition portions. All other subjects seem to be complete and each lesson laid out correctly. We’ve enjoyed this curriculum, minus a few hiccups and errors / wrong page #’s and often times things are sold out. You have to buy months ahead. I will plan accordingly next year and make sure to buy for the following year so all items are in. Shipping this time was very fast, but it took 3 months last year to get to us making us start school in OCT. which was no ideal. Overall we are happy with the quality. Jsut a few things to improve.
Cut and easy to read. My son loves it. Love the illustrations.
I have a seven year old boy who is a reluctant reader. We have tried several different readers with him. Most are either boring or throw in too many words the child isn't ready for. This set is both interesting to read and manages to stay on his level. He really enjoys these books.
If you want to know how to rightly think about artificial intelligence, and how to wisely navigate the age that we are in, read this book.
A biblical and practical guide for raising daughters. Very encouraging while also straightforward and convicting as a mother to two little girls. I highly recommend if you are raising a family with daughters and a biblical worldview.
Awesome book. Puts perspective on dealing with any new technology in a Godward focus.
Fantastic book - very balanced and thoughtful contemplation of the challenges and decisions we are facing with AI. The juxtaposition of philosophies between Booker T Washington and W.E.B. Dubois was a great thought exercise. The Apple Pie and Rocket Ships chapter was also an interesting and helpful depiction of potential approaches to how families can face the future. What a crazy world we are entering... I'm optimistic but you are 110% correct that it will take discipline like Saint Anthony demonstrated to navigate this new world. Thank you for a great book on the subject. I'll have my sons read it.
I USED THIS WITH MY CHILDREN, AND NOW WANTED TO USE IT WITH MY GRANDCHILDREN. I MISS SEEEING THE TEACHER ON THE VIDEO, DONT JUST WANT AN AUDIO VERSION.

Buying a copy of this book and giving it to your neighbor after helping them set up their garden.
And trimming the grass back from their walkway.
These readers are like zuchinni bread. Fun and tasty illustrations and stories but the nutritional value of reading practice is there!
Stories are actually fun and illustrations are good! I love how the characters recur again in different levels of books. These are pretty boy friendly too. They’ve got treehouses and flat tires and yes there was a tea party, but overall not so “domesticated” that an adventurous boy can’t get into the story. :-)
Amazing and refreshing! Love that each book is separate and easy to bring along wherever you go. God's Word is eternal and from it comes life. Affordable also.
Feeling a little bamboozled by this book. It was offered as an add-on after I purchased the Chickadee Readers. Definitely not an age appropriate add-on for a 3 and 6 year old. Will try again at age 8, maybe.

Good book overall. Very thorough treatment of "the fear of God." One problem with the Canon Press printing: The verses Psalm 128:1 and Revelation 14:7 are missing on page 1. This should be fixed in future printings.

My boys (9 and 11) and I just started the book a few weeks ago. It is approachable but densely packed. We have already learned so much together!
